Abstract :
Social medical insurance system is an important system to guarantee labors´ basic medical needs. Due to the complicated relations involved, the problem of moral hazard in social medical insurance is quite outstanding, which would influence the normal operation of its system. This paper aims to list some forms of moral hazard in social medical insurance, analyses causes for moral hazard from various angles and puts forward such solutions as establishing credit system, perfecting social medical insurance system and reducing information asymmetry.
