The Research of Food Safety Rapid Response Mechanism for Liaoning Province

In recent years, China\´s food safety incidents occur frequently, "Sudan" incident, "Sanlu milk powder incident," "artificial milk powder incident," "lard poisoning incident," and so series of events to consumers about the discoloration. Liaoning Province\´s food safety crisis also continued to spread, frequent problems of food, such as "pocket fried snacks" in Jinzhou Linghai, "Golden Harvest vegetables "in Shenyang, "Haicheng soy milk incident" those are all threatening the health of the people. Because of technical backwardness, lack of strict market regulation, information system and emergency warning system is not perfect, there are still exists problems for Liaoning Province. The paper use public management theory, public economics theory, management theory, public policy theory to analysis the problems of food safety for Liaoning Province. The paper use developed countries for reference in rapid response to emergency food safety, put forward a rapid response mechanisms of food safety for Liaoning.
