Abstract :
In this paper we describe an implementation of a brokered notification system that can be integrated in Globus Toolkit 4 (GT4). This system is designed as a grid service based on publish/subscribe paradigm. The implementation of this system is trying to meet the requirements imposed by the WS-brokered notification specification. We try to build an Internet scale notification system for grid networks, which use GT4 middleware. We start from the requests imposed by such a system and we show how to design and implement such a system. The system can be integrated into GT4 distributions.
