Abstract :
The mathematical model of the Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor (PMLSM) direct drive system is deduced in this paper. A fuzzy PID controller is designed by combined fuzzy control with conventional PID control. Simulated and experimental results show that the fuzzy PID controller is superior to the conventional PID controller in dynamic steady performance, and the fuzzy PID controller has stronger robustness to external disturbance.
