Compared to colleges and enterprises, NGOs can carry out and promote green manufacturing more effectively in view of its non-profit mission and the vision to reduce environmental harm. The conclusions indicate that the investment behavior has strong dynamic characteristics influenced by invested fund, economic benefit, social effect, market demands, the governmental policy and so on.
