Abstract :
This contribution describes the development of a mercury battery voltage standard operated at 0/spl deg/C. This standard was developed to examine the effect of a decrease of temperature on the stability of the standard. The first measurements indicate that the drift rate of the standard decreases with decreasing temperature.
