  • Abstract
This study attempts to provide a target to assist project teams in conducting measurements of a business, then estimating and getting over with those latent problems. Business and project managers can select the administers with specific abilities that fit new project characters, and thus can understand the professional skills of the project team and reinforce areas of weakness, helping prevent the team from committing the same errors then improving the outcomes of implementing projects in business. This study focuses on the model for evaluating the effects of project team building, and contains three dimensions (namely Project Planning, Project Execution and Control, Knowledge System Building) and 65 criteria. This study uses the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine the importance of the weights for each dimension, strategic subject and measurement indicator.
