Abstract
The optimal route guidance, is an important part of ITS. The factors influencing route guidance, such as the position of vehicles, the information on road conditions, the free parking spaces, etc., are dynamically variable. These dynamically factors are constrained conditions. How to construct the optimal model of vehicle route guidance under such constrained conditions is a difficulty that puzzles ITS. This paper studies how to select optimal driving route based on dynamic conditions for ITS. Firstly, find factors influencing guidance route and find which are significant and which are subordinate, so as to determine their weights relative to all factors. Then by the help of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), the guidance model has been built, which elicits the optimal guidance route influenced by dynamic factors.
