Abstract :
QEST concerns the techniques and tools necessary for, roughly speaking, quantitatively evaluating the performance, dependability, or correctness of many types of systems, mostly in computer science and in communications. The spirit of QEST is to provide a forum where both methodological and practical problems related to the different aspects of those quantitative evaluation processes are discussed.
