Abstract :
A simple algorithm is presented to check the stability of linear uncertain systems. The stability regions belong to a class of simply connected regions. This class includes most of the regions of interest in control. Since the method is the same for different types of uncertainties, it is illustrated for a family of polynomials. The extension to handle different types of uncertainties only involves the modification of the computation procedure for the required envelopes
