Abstract :
Based on the pulsar observations from the probe around Mars, the related Mars coordinate systems are introduced, the observation formula of TOA(Arrival Time Of The Pulse) of the Mars probe is listed, the mathematical model of estimating the geodetic parameters of Mars is derived and the parameters sequence can be estimated is listed.
