Abstract
This paper provides the "two working parts with one spare parts"(abbreviated to "two with one" ) principle which can improve reliability of system , taking digital information system and engineering real-time system as an example, that is ,we analyze the "two with one" principle in risk management in the two situations described above. In particular, proof of asymptotic stability of solutions of systems has been obtained according to the stability of operator semi-group theory.
