Abstract
The focus of knowledge management is Knowledge Sharing (KS). But how to measure KS performance scientifically is not defined. Knowledge capital (KC) is introduced to measure the efficiency & extent of knowledge sharing, by analyzing how KS contribute to three dimensions of KC respectively, and finding three dimensions be "main force"," field force", "drive force". Finally its indicators and model are designed & testified by demonstration, and its conclusion is that it is feasible to measure KS performance through knowledge capital angle.
