An Investigation of Knowledge Sharing on Campus among Teachers

The knowledge sharing among teachers has been receiving increasing attention, while there are less empirical researches in China now. This study analyzes major factors for knowledge sharing among faculty members. The authors suggest that the achievement of individual motivations is the most influential factor for faculty knowledge sharing, and both the affiliation and collaboration of organization factors affect the faculty knowledge sharing too.
