Abstract :
A measurement tool for an individual e-Business capability is important to manage and improve their work ability in an e-Business environment. This study presents a tool to measure an individual e-Business capability with the measurement items, process, and method based on the previous literature. The developed tool construct were verified by factor and reliability analysis with the application of SPSS software. This tool has four measurement factors and fourteen items. The utilization of the developed tool was confirmed by applying it to a case study.
