Abstract :
Google\´s Digital Library Project brought many prosecutions, China Written Words Copyright Society (CWWCS) has made several disputes with Google Inc.. According to our legal system, Google\´s digital library could not be regarded as either "Fair use" or "Legal License". While establishing digital library has much value to society, and it is also the trend of network era for information share. Today, the biggest obstacle to establish digital library is how to obtain copyright authorization, which is a legal problem should be solved quickly. Digital library is calling for legal support.
