Abstract :
The physical optic algorithm is applied in the simple and fast calculation of the RCS of the target over the sea surface with different wind speeds. The rough sea surface with different wind speeds is described by a simple empirical formula. The "fourth-path model" is invoked in a first-order approximation of the half-space contribution to the scattering mechanisms. The calculated results show that the rough sea surface with different wind speeds affects the RCS of the target.
