Abstract :
The design of low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) multi-layer bandpass filter (BPF) was introduced, which is based on classical design theory of bandpass filter and LTCC technology. A practical computer-aided design process was also presented. The bandpass filter in this paper was used to suppress fundamental and harmonic components of Local-Oscillator (LO) signal in LTCC transceiver module. According to full-wave electro-magnetic (EM) comparing simulation, suppressing desire for fundamental and 3 rd order harmonic components was satisfied.
