Abstract :
This paper describes a laser-based line of strip flatness measurement system, described the composition and its working principle It presents a light stripes center extraction algorithm that based on gravity method. The algorithm first extracts the area of light strip by using gray-slope method, and then extracting the optical center by gravity method in that. The experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately extract the strip center, has strong anti-noise capability and sub-pixel precision level.
