Abstract :
According to the evolutionary game theory and the basic theory of knowledge transfer, we apply the entire simulation modeling method of Multi-agent complex adaptive system to construct the simulation modeling of knowledge transfer incentive behavior on NetLog simulation platform. The strategic which is taken during the knowledge transfer incentive behavior by analyzing the knowledge transfer incentive behavior of chief enterprise and evolutionary game of members´ knowledge transfer under the different return parameters. By analyzing the evolutionary game of virtual enterprise´s knowledge transfer incentive mechanism will contribute to the construction of the virtual enterprise´s knowledge transfer incentive mechanism.
