Abstract :
A coaxial line to rectangular waveguide junction without dielectric for high power microwave transmission is designed by improving the structure of doorknob type window. The passband of the junction through which the stand wave ratio is smaller than 1.1, is 1352 MHz ~ 1412 MHz. The junction may couple with a stage of coaxial line filter or rectangular waveguide filter to form a multistage filter which can be used in output circuits of broadband klystrons or other broadband high power microwave devices.
