Abstract :
The working principle and composition of the pump-control-motor variable speed throttle combined speed governing system are introduced, the system´s AMEsim-Simulink co-simulation model is established. According to the characteristics of variable speed and throttle speed governign, the control strategy of the system is put forward. The complex controller which is based on PID with feedforward compensation and fuzzy self-tuning PID is designed. Complex control simulation is made to co-simulation model. The simulation shows that the complex controller has fine control characteristics.
