Abstract
A software system to generate Spice macromodels from tabular n-port parameter data as a function of frequency is described. The n-port parameters can he specified in terms of S, Y or Z parameters. A rational function approximation is generated using nonlinear least squares algorithm. These macromodels can then be used to perform ac, dc, pole-zero and transient analyses
