Transformation of Foreign Trade Growth Mode and Establishment of Harmonious Trade Relations

After China\´s entry into the World Trade Organization, there are more foreign trade growth opportunities for China. However the traditional foreign trade growth mode with labor-based comparative advantage brings more foreign trade frictions to China and results in disharmony of the foreign trade relation. In the critical period of reform and opening-up policy of China, harmonious trade relation is necessary for China to build harmonious society and be integrated into the world economy. The key point for establishing harmonious trade relation is to transform the foreign trade growth mode and the critical aspect for transforming the foreign trade growth mode is to facilitate "Three Transformations" and improve the competitive advantage of China.
