Abstract :
Currently, private enterprise takes an important role in our national economy. However, under the driven force of "maximum profit", certain private enterprises throw away the social interests and neglect their social responsibility and thus a series of social problems come out with it. This paper mainly analyses several problems when the private enterprise takes the social responsibility. Based on the analysis, this paper is hoped to put forward certain strategies to promote the private enterprise to take more social responsibilities.
