Abstract :
The importance of inventory coordination in dymamic demand was discussed, so was the process of allocating scheme, then the precondition of inventory modulation was presented. Considering the balance of supply cost and satisfactory, costs of united reorder and inventory modulation were researched in terms of inventory shortage, inventory excess and transportation cost. Advantages of united reorder and inventory modulation were synthesized and the optimized model of material allocating was constructed, also optimized allocation scheme was presented. At last a reasonable plan of example was present, which testified the practicability and validity of the scheme.
