  • Abstract
Because the planning and scheduling is executed by stages, there are the incongruity between external collaboration and internal decision-making and the inconformity of planning and scheduling, and the cost is inexact in the process of integration of collaborative planning and scheduling, Aiming at these problems, a model for integration of collaborative planning and scheduling based on job cost is given to realize the synchronous decision-making of collaboration plan, partner selection, synchronize manufacturing route and scheduling decision-making. The model can also effectively solve the problem of the unfixed scheduling set in which part of the jobs can be outsourced but part of the jobs cannot be outsourced, and give a scheduling with the lowest cost based on the job cost in stated make-span. A hybrid genetic algorithm with heuristics method for the model is carefully designed to make the decision more accurate. Finally, an emulator is developed to validate validity and correctness of the model.
