Abstract :
Media independence handover (MIH) is a scheme proposed by IEEE 802.21 working group to support the interlinkage of heterogeneous network. This paper introduces a handover proposal between WiFi and WiMAX based on MIH.A handoff decision algorithm based on fuzzy inference system is proposed for handoff decision of mobile system and simulates to verify the perfect performance.
