Abstract
Following the 3G licenses issued in the Mid. 2008, Chinese telecommunication market had put the integration of telecommunications networks, cable TV networks and Internet on the agenda. However, to deploy the service well, some barriers in regulatory policies and enterprise ownership have to be broken down. Given this background, this paper we draw upon actor-network theory (ANT) mainly focuses on the influences of the strategy and how to imply the triple-play services successfully.
