Abstract :
We demonstrate an optical nonlinear-effect compensator based on InGaAIAs/InP vertical-cavity saturable absorber. A large negative nonlinear phase-shift was observed both in modelling and experiments, which will be useful for compensating fiber nonlinearities in optical domain.
