  • Abstract
From the angle of Management Psychology, The survey discusses the correlations between job burnout in college teachers and their physical exercise by means of "Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey" (MBI-GS) and "Physical Activity Rating Scale" (PARS), in which 515 college teachers are involved. The findings indicate the status of job burnout in college teachers is not severe according to theoretical value, but as for the dimension of "emotion exhaustion", the subjects get a higher score with the implicit feature. Physical exercise intensity, duration, frequency and exercise quantity are significantly negatively related to job burnout, and exercise quantity and intensity can come into the regression equation of the total score of job burnout; generally speaking, college teachers\´ physical exercise status is grim. Based on the result, some management strategies are proposed.
