Abstract :
The Network optimization is one of the most important link during the TD-SCDMA network construction and maintenance. This paper is used orthogonal test algorithm to adjust the system constantly in order to ameliorate the operate quality of network, and improve the ability of absorbing telephone traffic. It improves the performance of the system gradually, achieving the satisfying service quality under the existing system configuration, namely that it could provide the best covering, the satisfaction of signal intensity, the best connection sound and lowest DCR (Dropped Call Rate).
