Abstract :
The automatic transmission line system is design for oil pipeline based on the S7_300PLC and Wincc configuration software in the paper. The system includes hardware design, system function design, software design, network construction and so on. The system collect and control the position to the transportation trolley and the tube in the workshop, so that the steel tube can be transferred automatically, each station can be fed and laid automatically with the manual operation function at the same time. Further, the real-time data can be monitored through the remote supervisory and control system. Since the operation, each function of system is stable and meets to the design requirement.
