Abstract
The task of synthesis regularizing, high-speed, capable to operate in conditions of restricted computing operational lifes of restoring algorithms of input signals implemented on the basis of representation by matrices. Tikhonov´s regularization a method in a basis of synthesis is put. The original approach to synthesis of high-speed matrix algorithms of signals restoring permitting to use for solution of the obtained system of the linear algebraic equations (LAE) with a Toeplitz matrix more effective modification of solutions method of the truncated systems is offered
