  • Abstract
    The paper redefines and reconstructs the ADC Calculation model of defense system effectiveness by referencing weapon system performance model and combining with the Defense System Features, furthermore,It selects some appropriate indexes and gives them weight. To compute the vectors of mobilization through expert questionnaire survey method; to calculate dependability matrix by synthesizing Markov chain theory; to compute defense strength based on the method of entropy weight-AHP, thus the final evaluation of defense system effectiveness can be achieved. This paper computes national defense effectiveness size of the following six countries as American, Russia, French, China, UK, India by applying the ADC model and draws a rank of them, the paper also gives the reasons for their rank at last.
