  • Abstract
    The ultrasonic vibrations of a solidly mounted resonator are probed utilizing a scanning laser interferometric technique. The vibrations are also simulated using a model of a solidly mounted resonator and applying 2D FEM modeling for the solution of the eigenmodes.
