A research on constructing learning regional innovation system

With the global knowledge economy, constructing learning regional innovation system has played a vital role in regional sustained development, for this reason, the research on learning regional innovation system is becoming more and more valuable and indispensable. Basing on the principle and aim of constructing learning regional innovation system and the characteristic of learning region, this article mainly focuses on the composing of learning regional innovation system which consists of the knowledge creation system,the regional learning system, the knowledge flow system, the technical innovation environment system and the innovation performance system and discusses its circulating mechanism. At last some countermeasures are put forward to provide reasonable reference for the future development of Chinese learning regional innovation system.
