Abstract
The “Twelfth-Five-Year Plan Period” is a critical period of transforming China´s industrial development mode. The evaluation index system is an important measure to assess the changing effects and control the process. This paper, based on pre-research and the design principles as well as the concept of the new road to industrialization, establishes an evaluation index system for China´s industrial development mode. Then the mode from 2000 to 2009 is evaluated by the factor analysis method and SPSS 17.0. The results reveal that China´s industrial development mode has been improving from 2000 to 2009 step by step. The change effect is related to the global economic situation. Our government should focus attention on the global macroeconomic situation especially in the economic depression.
