Abstract
Kalman filtering techniques have shown good results in filtering real SAR images. Following a model suggested by M.R. Azimi-Sadjadi et al. (1991) the present authors proposed an adaptive half-plane Kalman filter for SAR images, see G.W. Geling et al. (1994) . The present authors now propose another adaptive Kalman filter for state multiplicative noise. Noisy and filtered ESR-1 SAR images, collected from Victoria, BC, illustrate their approach
