  • Abstract
    An Ultra-Dense WDM PON based on homodyne detection is presented and experimentally demonstrated. 3-GHz-channel-spaced 1Gbps data streams were correctly received on an access infrastructure of 25Km with two distribution stages to potentially serve 1,280 users.
