Abstract
Multipath propagation is a major cause of communication signal time-delay-of-arrival (TDOA) measurement errors. The multipath resolution techniqued described in this paper was developed as a prelude to an experimental program that is being designed to identify multipath sources, strengths, and delays that are encountered in rural propagation environments.
