Abstract
By studying the importance and urgency of digital protection for ancient building heritages, the paper analyzed the technology of high dynamic range image and spherical panorama and discussed their advantages and characteristics. Finally, the main content and key technology of ¿Digital Ancestral Temple¿ project was introduced, the practical application of HDRI and spherical panoramic image technology was highlighted, and the influence and significance was discussed.
