Abstract :
In this paper a new standard cmos current mode analog circuit to generate random numbers is presented. This circuit is based on an electronic realization of logistic maps (Logmap). We also note the operation of the circuit as a programmable oscillator. The power density spectrum of the output was measured and confirmed to be approximately white noise.
