Abstract
A 2 V-700 MHz capacitorless current-tunable phase shifter using current mirrors is presented through the use of MOS internal capacitances. The frequency fo where the magnitude and phase shift of the transfer function are approximately 0 dB and -90° respectively, is tunable through the bias current. The maximum useful f o is approximately 700 MHz. The total harmonic distortion is less than 0.5%
