As social information level continuously improve, the social demand of information-based and applied talents are rapid growth. The traditional training model has been unable to meet social demand of information-based and applied talents, and cooperation between school and enterprise is the effective way to educate the student and meet the demands. This paper discusses the reform of the existing education system and the establishment of different levels, diversified appraisal system for talents training. And a training model of information-based and applied talents with cooperation between school and enterprise are proposed. Finally, the training model is applied to the reform and construction of the specialty of Information Management and Information System.
