Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With China´s accession to WTO and further acceleration of world economic integration, the requirements for English proficiency of the talents needed have become higher and higher. To train students´ comprehensive ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating so as to meet the market demand for specialized talents, EFL teaching has to take reforming and innovating teaching mode as driving power and changing teaching ideas, exploring new teaching mode, enhancing teaching management efficiency and strengthening the construction of teaching staff as a breakthrough to improve its quality.
