    The three-level management system on municipal solid waste treatment which are the source, middle and end treatment methods in Beijing are introduced in this paper, three waste handle workflows which are waste transfer station, refuse derived fuel and composting workflow about these methods are also shown. All of these treatment methods should be fully used to rationally and economically develop the municipal solid waste resource and the three-level management system is proved to be efficient in municipal solid waste treatment in Beijing.
