    With developments of the society and the economy, how the undergraduate can be cultivated to application-oriented talents meeting quickly the needs of the market, which has been the focus of attention of common universities. Based on analyzing about the necessity of cooperation between common universities and enterprises, we introduce the exploration of the application-oriented undergraduate talents´ training model for the school-enterprise cooperation. We describe our methods such as how to optimize and improve the teaching plan, the knowledge structure and the course system, the `3+1´ training mode, the cultivation method of `five unities´ and the constructions of double-quality teacher group under school-enterprise cooperation. At last we analyses the practical running effect.
