  • Abstract
    This article describes a new kind of health status detection system for cement rotary kiln. We designed a new data measurement program and the corresponding sensor according to the characteristics of kiln, using SCM as the next crew collected the detection sensor signals, and communicating with the host through the wireless module. IPC as a host computer analyze and process the data collected from the next crew. It can give advices and parameters for adjust through man-machine interface. It is proved by practice that the system is practical and can effectively detect and adjust the rotary kiln health.
