Abstract :
China is in the reforming course of stepping into information design from industrial design. During the process, we should not only absorb the design theory and educational conception of industrial design from Bauhaus, but take into consideration the situation of our country and new phenomena arising in the reforming process, thus to form the ¿firm foundation, wide horizon¿ model in the cultivation of talents. In the process of industrial design education, we should pay attention to the cultivation of individualized design and the characteristics of nation and region, integrate the design spirit of internationalization and pluralism to form our Chinese educational system of industrial design.
